Extrusion Stage

 Extrusion gives life to plastic raw meterial. Single and multi-layer extruders produce films for further treatments, color combinations are easily prepared.

Flexo Printing Stage

 We have lead the way to perfect printing standards through consistent technology transfers. With our 10 flexo printing machines, it is possible to print up to 1600 mm width up to 8 colors.

Graphic Design

 Your original designs are carefully checked and altered by experienced operators if necessary. Creative design requests are welcome, as well as any requests for corrections and modifications. Then your confirmation, plates are produced and printing process is started.

Rotogravure Printing Stage

 Especially in food and pharmacieutical industries, rotogravure printing is a prerequisite. In order to benefit the world-widely approved choice, please be our guest to try our Cerutti and Rotomec with printing capabilities up to 10 colors (from 9+1 to 1+9 colors) two sided printing with maximum film width of 1400 mm.

Ink Dispensing System

 We know the importance of exact colors in reflecting corporate identity. For this reason we have setup 2 seperate dispensing systems for Flexo and Rotogravure printing machines with respect to processes of each printing technique and properties of the meterial. The 1200 tons of yearly capacity is entirely processed id these fully automated systems.

Lamination

 The lamination process prevents contamination due to printing by introducing a layer of film in between printed material and the product. It decreases O2 transfer, upon request prevents exposure to light, provides appeal to product.
Lamination is the process of physically combining layers of films together, in order to obtain various properties depending on the end-usage of the film as well as improving the quality of the final product. Such products could be used to pack dairy and meat products, long lasting dry and sweet goods, detergents, medication. 3 side sealed vacuum bags and stand-up pouches are also available. Materials such as polyethylene, polyesther, aluminium, regular-metariallized and pearlized BOPP and polyamide can be laminated using appropriate equipment to meet your needs.

Slitting and Bag-Making

 The desired form is given to your product at this stage. Now, you can witness the cooperation of human effort with aesthetics and technology.
